2018 Wedding Rates:  June/ July/ August/ September*

• Fridays: $3,500
• Saturdays: $3,700
• Sundays: $3,500

These rates include the 10 hour rental day of the wedding, plus a rehearsal period of 1 hour during the week prior to the wedding or pre-arranged time.   Should you wish more time the day of the wedding you can rent additional hours for $125/ hour.

Rental includes:

• 10 continuous hours of venue access.
• Complimentary 1 hour rehearsal.
• 30 x 60′ white wedding tent adorned with cafe lights and hanging chandeliers.
• 200 chairs.
• Twenty 60″ round tables and eight 6′ rectangular tables to use for seating up to 200 people, catering, and a gift table.  Includes full set up and tear down (Table linens are available to rent).
• One vintage french farm table to use as cake table.
• 15 x 15′ dance floor.
  • Dj, live classical, and recorded music is permitted.
  • Bose sound system is available.
• Covered 18′ buffet counter with electrical outlets and ambient cafe lights.
  • You may self cater or use a licensed caterer of your choosing.
• 6′ movable, hand wrought iron arbor.
• Bridal Party changing area complete with full length mirrors, make-up area, kitchenette, furniture, and private restroom.
• Groom and party changing area complete with full length mirror, mini-refrigerator, stools, and private restroom.
• Charming potting shed with sliding french doors complete with cafe lights for ambiance.  (refrigerator available inside)
• Portable bar with tiled top.
• Day-of processional coordinating available.
• Photo opportunities around every corner with gardens, victorian house, and other out buildings.
• Ample parking.
• Portable bathroom & hand-washing facilities for guests.
